-experience speaking during my 19 years in the banking industry
-experience in own business...I have spoken to a group of 200+ with the ONA, parent/teacher/student groups of 70+, 200 employees of Vale Inco in groups of 15 - 25,
other employee/specialist groups 40+, I have also participated in Rogers Cable TV Day Time show twice, and was a part of a recently release documantary by Rogers Cable TV. Spoke at the Barrie Chamber of Commerce.
Offerings: Seminar or speech topics include any aspect of the topic of Workplace Violence including the laws, Occupational Health and Safety, employer responsibilities, employee responsibilities, Internal Reporting System, risk assessments, policy & procedure, reporting/investigating, cost/benefit analysis, statistics, harassment, bullying, human rights violations. Interactive workshops for groups of 15 - 20 on the Prevention of Workplace Violence, Respect in the Workplace - We're In It Together, and Workplace Bullying.
